Main ingredients of papad are flour (preferably urad dhal), carbonates, farinaceous material, pulse, salt and water. At room temperature set up the desired amount of dough with help of flour kneading mixing machines or manual. Afterward, split the dough into peach-size balls with the assistance of luva (loi) cutting machines or manual. Then place this luva (peach size balls) between plastic sheets. After all these, you have to put that both sheet & loi between revolving guides and rotated polpat. Now, by giving pressing to the foot paddles, this revolving guide come near to rotated polpat. When you are trying to roll it up to your required size, maximum 11" rolling is affirmative.
